We strive to ensure your TerraLuxeStudio order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping and returns policies below.

Every candle is poured and cured to order, so your order takes a little time to leave our studio. Once it's on its way, your tracking will show the journey to your door.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship across all states and union territories in India. We categorise delivery locations into Metro, Urban, and Remote zones. Metro and Urban areas typically receive faster delivery, while Remote locations may require additional transit time. We also ship to select international destinations.

Dispatch Time

Handmade orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days from our studio. Custom orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are 3–5 business days for Metro cities, 5–7 business days for Urban areas, and 7–12 business days for Remote locations.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination pincode. We offer free shipping based on your delivery zone:

Metro zones — free shipping on orders over ₹499
Urban zones — free shipping on orders over ₹699
Remote zones — free shipping on orders over ₹999

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times vary by destination.

Return Window

We accept returns only for damaged or defective items. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of receipt if you encounter any issues. Include your order number and photographs of the damage.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at returns@terraluxestudio.com with your order details. We will provide a return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom and personalized orders, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please choose carefully when ordering personalized products.
