We believe luxury should be lived, not reserved. Every TerraLuxe piece is designed, poured and finished by hand — made to be lit for the moments that matter, and kept as décor long after the flame goes out.

It started with a simple idea.
What if a candle could be more than something you light? What if the thing that fills your room with fragrance could also be beautiful enough to keep?
It began in a small kitchen in the United States in September of 2025, with a pot of wax and a handful of crafts collection. We wanted to create a candle that didn't look like every other candle — something that felt personal, intentional, and connected to Indian traditions. Our first collection was for Diwali: lotus pond diyas poured into locally sourced terracotta pots. Today, TerraLuxe Studio is based in Mumbai and Kolkata, pouring in small batches across both cities — still never mass-produced, still made to be kept.
Fine craftsmanship shouldn't be reserved for a few. Our pieces bring artisanal quality to everyday prices that honour the maker and the buyer alike — from ₹100 to ₹2,000. The memory and the object you keep — available to everyone.
About the Artist
Jayanti Sarkar is the founder and creative force behind TerraLuxeStudio — the designer behind the forms, the scent blends, and the collections.
Jayanti brings an artist's sensibility to every pour. She works directly with potters, brass artisans, and weavers across India to source containers for custom designs that are as treasured as the candles they hold.
Her philosophy is simple: a candle should earn its place in your home — not just as an object, but as a presence. Every collection begins with a memory, a festival, or a ritual she wants to honour.
